Governance
Tax 2.0 is governed by an Executive Steering Committee (ESC) of six volunteer corporate tax professionals. In addition, volunteer committees of corporate tax professionals provide input into the development of annual operating plans that ensure Tax 2.0 member interests are driving the overall Tax 2.0 initiative, within the framework of the overall mission.
The volunteer leadership of Tax 2.0 is supported by its sponsor, Vertex Inc. Vertex supported the founding stages of the Tax 2.0 community in 2008-2011 and continues to provide financial and operational support as Tax 2.0 continues to mature.
